So, BLOOD WYNE comes out on Tuesday (if it shows up early than that in stores, please let me know where and when--it has a hard release date and should not be on the shelves early). So wish me luck on how it does--I'd love to keep writing this series for a long time. :)

I would most love to be Iris, she is so motherly and reminds me of myself. She doesn't hesitate to put people in their place, or to put them to work in the kitchen. character I would most like to be in the OW series:
The problem is narrowing it to just one. There are definite draws to each of the main characters of course. After thinking about it though, I am going to actually opt for a not so "main" character. I think I would choose to be Iris. Maybe it is because I've been a mom for so many years. Maybe it is because I am short. I know that I can strongly identify with her as the fulcrum that keeps the sisters' world as sane as it can be during all the turmoil. You can count on Iris to be in the kitchen, baking cookies, cooking soup, brewing tea no matter what. Just as important though, you can count on her to Listen, to not just the words, but to the emotions underneath the words and to offer support, comfort and good common sense. When the rubber hits the pavement, and the spells start flying, you can also count on Iris to be in the thick of things, helping just as fiercely as she cleans. She is funny, loving, courageous and has layers that have yet to be discovered completely. So, I would definitely opt to trade places with Iris.

Menolly has always been my favorite character throughout the series. Ever since Darkling I cant wait for her books. Hmmm, you have so many amazingly developed characters, and each one has so many reasons for one to want to be them. I think I'd like to be Morio. I know that would involve a sex-change, but that's ok, lol. I think he is sexy and sensitive, plus there is the fact that he is one of Camille's husbands. That's a HUGE bonus! He is a fox demon and I love that. I just really love his mixture of strength and sensitivity, I love that he is a very strong male character that is completely comfortable with his relationship with Camille and secure in it. He loves her, he knows that she loves him, that she loves her sisters and loves her other husbands also, there is nothing to question. He let's Camille be herself, he knows she already has 2 husbands that are already very alpha-male and let's them have that, but that doesn't make him any less of a man, and yet he is protective of her in his own way. I've really liked him since that first tumble he and Camille had in front of Smoky's!

I would most like to be Menolly. It's not just because she's a vampire (even though they're cool). It's because she went through so much crap (understatement alert) in her life and yes she went insane and yes she was left with both physical and mental scars of the torture she had to endure, but most importantly she survived it. She was strong enough to overcome her past, no matter how painful it was and continue "living" for a lack of a better term. she could have offed herself because she couldn't "live" on after what she went through, but she didn't! What doesn't kill us, makes us stronger. She continued on, knowing that she could kill her sisters, and later Maggie and Iris, at any moment, but she has enough control to not to. That is true strength. That is what I admire from Menolly. And that is my rant of the day.

You can easily get into places like your house if you accidentally locked your keys inside or a concert without being noticed. It also would make flying much cheaper as long as you are traveling with a trusted companion.

She has magic, like real magic, even with her flukes. her personality matches mine mostly more than any other character in the books. I have been reading the otherworld Books since day one, and these are things that I need to read. i was first drawn to the series because of Camille. I at one point was falling for Delilah's men thats the truth, but deep down inside I have always been a Camille at heart. I love her style, and I love her way of doing things. Its what clinches the heart of the series. To me her starting grownd for the series in the long run, and Ive noticed that she tends to start plots in the series, but Menolly tends to wrap them up I have always wondered what it would be like to have all three girls on the covers. Answer: This is an incredibly difficult question to answer. I love all the characters in the books. Camille is so confident and she is always there for her sisters, plus smoky, morio, and trillan, hello! Delilah is sweet and spunky and just comong into herself. Mennoly is badass. Iris is wonderful, she is the head of the household and is everyone's rock. They all have such different facets and ups and downs that it is hard to choose. I think that if you are going to make me choose it would have to be Camille. I love her confidence. She handles everything thrown at her and just keeps taking it. She is powerful and even when she wasn't she didn't let it stop her from getting what she wanted. She became a preistess when they didn't even want to let her complete her training. She has a soft heart and goes out of her way to help people. She sacrifices herself for the good of everyone around her. When she tossed Delilah out the window and dealt with vampiric Menolly by herself, when she sacrificed the black unicorn, when she made the deal with Smoky(though she wanted that), when she knew she had to join the courts and was disowned, and just lately what she did for Vanzir. She has such courage. She also has the outer beauty going for her. I am a sweatshirt and jeans person and I wish I had the confidence to dress like Camille. She is definately not afraid to show off her sexuality and doesn't care what anyone thinks about that. She dresses and acts how she wants to. And last but not least she has three awesome husbands!!
So there we have it. If I had to pick one of your characters to be it would be Camille, though living even a day as one of your chracters, any of them, would be a dream come true. I love them all!

I think I would most like to be Camille. I started rereading all the books to be ready for Blood Wyne to come out, and I love her dedication to who she is, her heart, and the fire she has for life. I think the way she adapts to things that would make most other people run for the hills, and just takes things head on and doesn’t cower, doesn’t show any fear, I think that is a something that I really admire. As well as how she stands up for herself, her lifestyle with Trillian, Morio, and Smoky, for her sisters, Delilah and Monolly, throughout their whole lives and even more so after there mother died. She has such strength, even when she doesn’t need to. I feel that I have taken on a lot for my family, and try to shoulder more than I might need to at times, like her. But her just outright self-confidence and body type, are very different from me, I feel like that would be fun to experience. Her connection to the Moon Mother, and power in her magic I feel would be something I would also like to be able to experience out of what the girls go through in the otherworld.

Delilah she is not perfect she is curious , sensitive, mischievous, loyal and she has an innocence I find charming. When there is a battle she is there and ready 24/7 , she learns from her mistakes as grows as a person she has come a long way from the 1st book. :)

I would most like to be Menolly. She is a strong character and really manages to play mediator in an accidentally-smarter-than-you way. Plus, her dreds with the beads are so cool, I love how they remind her she is alive.

Gosh i really dont know how to pick who i would want to be. Menolly is amazing! to come back from what dredge did to her and have some humanity left in her is awesome and now that she is finally starting to explore life with partners makes her a great choice. but then there is camille. so sexy and full of life. i mean any woman who can handle 3 men is WOW! and then all the magick she has (even though it can be erratic) makes her another plus. but then again delilah is a sweet little kitty and a pather but i love cats (i have 2) so i would definetly be happy to be her. and i cant wait to find out what happens with her and the autum lord. But iris is such a mystery and has so much magick in her. and she is such a motherly figure (like me). so i dont know who to choose. i guess i want to be a combination of all of them!! :) i cant wait to read all of the books that still have to come out. i always re-read the series whenever a new one comes out and it gets better everytime. i love how u go from sister to sister's point of veiw. such a great idea. I love all of the strong ladies in this series. I have trouble choosing between Camille and Delilah. However due to my height, coloring and fuller figure I think I identify more with Camille. Out of all the characters in the otherworld series I would like to be Menolly because she runs a bar and her girlfriend Nerrisa works helping people with trauma and I think both are awesome jobs. She has Nerrisa as her girlfriend and –insert Blood Wyne character- as her other lover who she can completely let go with without hurting. She has grown so much throughout the series and suffered through so many things that would have broken a lesser person, but somehow she makes it through it. Lastly she is badass, sexy, and has the most awesome family and friends ever. The only downside would be the whole vampire = no daytime fun, but I think I could live with that as Menolly has learned to do so.
I'd like to be Iris. She know have to take control of the house and putting everyone to work. I know it's hard because I'm of mother of three girls.

My choice of character would be Chase. He's experienced so much as a mortal and been intricately linked to all these amazing characters as a human. With Camile's kick ass clothes, and self sureness when it comes to her love life. With Delilah's ability to change into were form to get away from the stress of daily life. I'd like to be Iris. She's definitely the "nurturing" one. Not really a "mother figure", but she's the one who keeps home together while everything else may be falling apart. There are so many layers to her, and so much that surprises people. I love that she's such a calm, level-headed sounding board for all the chaos that happens, but she's fierce if the need arises. I just think she's a fantastic character, and such an important part of the story.
