Origin
The idea for the series started out as a dream. In my dream, I saw a painting on the wall. It was gorgeous, vivid, and was of a young woman wandering through a forest filled with Fae and creatures out of legend and lore, and overshadowing the forest was a huge figure of a thin, wintery queen, eyeing the young woman and waiting to trap her in her spider webs. The young woman was looking for her aunt, and couldn’t find her. When I woke up, the vision stayed with me, and I couldn’t shake it. That’s the original inspiration for the Indigo Court Series.

What a very cool dream! Look at what its become. So glad you had it :)
Which just goes to prove that dreams can be a foretelling of something happening in your future.
